Become a Professional Home Stager
The Professional Home Stager is responsible for end-to-end execution of staging projects, from initial walkthrough to final install, while leading onsite teams and ensuring alignment between design, logistics, and client expectations.
This role requires a balance of design expertise, operational awareness, and leadership in the field.
Please note This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can walk into a property, assess it, and execute a staging plan without step-by-step direction.
Key Responsibilities
Independently assess properties and determine staging approach based on layout, target buyer, and price point
Execute staging installations using in-house inventory with speed and accuracy
Lead and direct staging teams onsite, ensuring efficient installs and high standards
Act as a liaison between clients, our front of house team, stagers, and logistics team
Coordinate inventory selection, placement, and flow for each project
Oversee de-staging, ensuring inventory is handled, packed, and returned correctly
Maintain consistency with company design standards across all projects
Identify and resolve issues in real time to keep projects on track and clients happy
Required Experience
Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or high-level visual merchandising
Demonstrated ability to execute projects independently from start to finish
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
Strong spatial planning and ability to create cohesive, market-ready spaces quickly
Deep understanding of buyer psychology and what drives perceived value
Ability to adapt design decisions based on property type and target demographic
