We provide room-by-room or entire home make-overs, depending on the needs of the home-owner. The items currently in the home are arranged in the best possible layout for presentation.
Along with layout, we address: style, color scheme, organization, lighting, landscaping, and much more.
The amount of time to complete this service depends on the size and condition of the home, and an estimate will be given accordingly. Over 90% of these homes have an offer within a month of this service.
