Model My Home offers a training workshop on how to become a Home Staging Expert.

These two-day workshops offer the latest information and techniques to help you succeed at becoming a home staging expert. Classes are offered monthly and are held in Frisco, Texas.

Testing and Certification

Upon passing the course, you receive a certificate of completion, along with the HSE designation and you will be able to use the HSE logo. Completion also allows you the opportunity to access our new Staging Forum, which allows you to share information with other HSE associates.

About the Instructor

Jana Uselton started her own Staging business in 2002, Model My Home, and has since become the largest Staging business in the DFW area. She and her Staging Representatives work with many of the most successful Real Estate Agents in the country.

Jana also teaches continuing education courses to Realtors and is known for providing over the top customer service and having the "whatever it takes" attitude when it comes to helping people sell their homes. Jana graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Marketing, while also completing courses in Interior Design and Real Estate.

Jana and her team have provided Staging direction and hands-on Staging to thousands of homes throughout the metroplex. Services average $750 per job, which quickly offsets the investment of the course. The knowledge and experience will benefit anyone wanting to learn Staging concepts and how to start a Staging business.

Fees and Information

Cost of the 2-Day Workshop is $750.00 per person. Your space in the workshop will not be held until payment is received. Included in your training are workbooks for you to keep on both Home Staging Techniques and Business and Marketing. Lunch is also provided on the first day of the workshop. Both days begin at 9:00 a.m. and wrap up at 3:00 p.m.

Classes are limited to 10 for individual benefit, so register early to ensure your spot!
